About Bergman College Consulting

Welcome to Bergman College Consulting LLC. We offer personal and individualized one-on-one college counseling to students and parents in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, as well as services via phone, email and video chat to students across the country. Our practice is solely in the area of college admissions (freshman and transfer), and families benefit from the extensive knowledge and expertise we have acquired working in college admissions and high school college counseling.

Our mission is to support students in every step of the college process, from compiling an initial college list, to completing compelling applications and to selecting a college that best fits in regard to academic, personal and career goals. We try to reduce the anxiety that can accompany the college process by educating families and helping them move through the college process in an organized, informed, strategic and calm manner. We aim to make the college process as rewarding, educational and fun as possible. (And yes, it can be fun!)
